The drought in Somali is a part of a large drought affecting 11 million people in the entire area called African horn
According to the last report more than half of Somali means 3.7 million people are trying to survive within dryness and drought. Almost 500.000 thousand children are about to die because of shortage of nutrition. According to the United Nations 11.000 Somali people have died because of hunger since the beginning of June. Somali, Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Djibouti and Uganda are faced with the most dramatic drought of the last 60 years.
United Nation has explained on 20th July that tow big states of South Somali are faced with severe drought. There are South Baul and Sabelle regions. Famine and poverty and wars are pushing thousands of Somali people to desperation. Every day 2 adults and 4 children among 10.000 died because of hunger. If there is not an urgent intervention to the region the famine will reach to other 8 states in two months. 12 millions of people are desperately waiting for a helping hand

Each dinner costs 5 TL and one food package is 60 TL.
