Dinner was given, charities have been distributed

Cansuyu teams have presented dinner to one part of the Arakan refugees sheltered into refugees camps in Burma border of Bangladesh, gave them envelopes including charities and donations. While the dinner program was held outside the camp because of some problems, the participant families received 50 kg of food packages.

Arakan Muslims that had such a donation after the trauma they have been exposed expressed their happiness and cried for their families stayed in Arakan. Most of them asked for help from Cansuyu and Turkey to escape their relatives from the tortures and bad conditions in Arakan

Emergency aid, charities have been distributed and the rest will be given to 3 other camps accommodating Arakan Muslims. Cansuyu teams emphasized insufficient living conditions of the camps.

Committee Leader Muhammet Musa Buda said that continuous aid is required to able to ameliorate the living conditions in the camps. Budak called whole Islam world especially Turkey to help the refugees and expressed that they need firstly any kind of food and potable water. International aid organizations should take action to save the Arakan Muslims from the pressured of Burma government and racist Buddhists massacres. If required conditions are established, the Arakan people living in refugee camps in Bangladesh should be able to return their countries.
