Foundation Congress of International Federation of Relief Agencies had been made in Kuala Lumpur being the capital of Malaysia. The federation consisting of 7 founder members, 3 members and 4 observers have started its studies.

Cansuyu took place in the federation to represent Turkey and it has been represented by Cansuyu General Director Mustafa Köylü. Köylü was also elected as the vice general director stated the importance of that constitution. Köylü said that they were happy to be active member of that constitution and said:” We have started a sacred service for the sufferers of entire world. It will be possible to deliver more comprehensive and more coordinated aid to the places with the cooperation of member countries. I thank everyone who has been active in this constitution’s foundation”.
