Cansuyu Assistance and Cooperation Organization realizes “Orphan” and “sister family” projects to be able to relieve the pains in Gaza. Cansuyu that carries out the responsibility of Turkey in the best way possible with its overseas assistance organizations will connect the demolished lives in Gaza to life again. Cansuyu aims to be life water to the little hearts and demolished families by Israel with its projects.
“Orphan” and “sister family” projects of Cansuyu will cover not only the orphans in Gaza but also the orphans in Turkey.
Within the frame of “Orphan” and “sister family” project for Gaza, the orphans will not be moved from their lands and this gift will not be given to murderer Israel. That’s why this project is important and special. When we remember that the main policy of Israel is to occupy and evacuate the region the orphan family project started by Cansuyu is aiming to be life of the orphans and to maintain the existence and future of Gaza.
The helping hand given by the Turkish benefactors for the orphans trying to survive under the demolished buildings in Gaza will be delivered via Cansuyu. Cansuyu will follow this project. The donations to orphan project is 75 TL “sister family” project is 350 TL.
The donations of Turkish benefactors will be delivered initially 300 orphan children. However the support of Turkish benefactors will let us reach each orphan in Gaza. The ones willing to support this project should continue their assistance during minimum 6 months. The donations of the ones who could not afford this donation for six months will be collected in the pool and will be delivered to orphans as of six months of aid. The assistance of Cansuyu will continue until the orphans are able to earn their own lives.
The information of the orphans will be submitted to the benefactors. Cansuyu will prepare a comprehensive form for this which will include the age, siblings, education status, identity information, parent’s information and photograph will be included. Thus the benefactors will be able to know the orphans that they are helping.
Cansuyu Assistance and Cooperation Organization General Director Mustafa Köylü gave information about “Orphan” and “sister family” project said that the project was launched to relieve the pain of Gaza and the donations of the benefactors shall be crucial for this project. Köylü said: “We receive demands about bringing the orphans to Turkey and to take care of them here but Gazaian definitely do not want this.
Gazaians are taking care of their orphans but they are in financial difficulties. Even though they are supporting spiritually they do not have financial means to provide them a proper life so they want our help. Otherwise they do not accept letting children leaving the country. Naturally it is not true leaving these children from their own countries. Is that what Israel wishes already? They want that these Gazaians have no way to be able to live there and leave that country. Each spot empty is occupied by Israel”.
Even though this project will be realized firstly in Gaza, it will be carried out in Turkey as well. Köylü said: “We have orphans in Turkey waiting for help. We will ask for the donations of our benefactors to be able to provide help those orphans too”.
