The vessel departed the last day at 02.30 o’clock contains 10 containers of assistance material sent by Cansuyu to Pakistan
10 containers of donations sent by Cansuyu to Pakistan with Vork Reliance vessel because of the flood disaster lived in the last July. Cansuyu Istanbul Representative Lütfi KibiroÄŸlu made a speech about that event and said that they have started a new aid campaign after the flood disaster in Pakistan as they have done after the earthquake in the same country. He said: “A lot of citizens have participated to the campaign. There is special love between Pakistan and Turkish nations. This love is very different. We thank to all participants of the campaign in the name of Pakistanis. Sweeping the tears of one person is a huge happiness for us”.
KibiroÄŸlu who said that Cansuyu continuously helped Pakistan after the flood disaster lived in that country expressed that: “In accordance with the reports of UNESCO and UN, Pakistan needs help for the next 10 years. This is an indication showing that all the donations will be provided to the ones really need them. As Cansuyu we never left Pakistan and we will always with our brothers in Pakistan”.
There are assistance materials, durable food materials, cleaning materials, emergency need materials, fabric, shoes and flour in the aid vessel departed. Total value of the aid material collected from various cities of Turkey is about 3 billion.
Vork Reliance departed from Istanbul Avcılar Ambarclı Kumport Port and will reach the Karachi port of Pakistan. Cansuyu Istanbul Representative Lütfi KibiroÄŸlu draws attention to the flood disasters lived recently in Australia and Brasil and continued as follows: “We send our donations as well as our prayers to Pakistan. Almighty Allah protects the entire world from all disasters”.
