Cansuyu runs to the help to Albania which is living the biggest flood of the last 50 years. Cansuyu Relief teams have gone to the Albania to be able to provide assistance to that country struggling with the flood disaster and distributed 2 thousands of food packages which are about 26 tons.
Cansuyu teams that have gone the regions after the flood disaster happened in Albania, visited the Mufti of Iskodra and received information about the disaster. Cansuyu General Director Muhammed Polat also went to the region and state that one part of Iskodra city center has been under water after the intense rains as well as other cities and that almost 3 thousands of houses have been demolished. He also said that there are still villages under flood waters that’s why the damage cannot be determined precisely. Thousand of animals died and there is not even animal forage available in the region.
As Cansuyu 2000 food packages which are about 26 tons have been distributed to the addresses determined by Iskodra Mufti under the surveillance of Mufti and Cansuyu teams. Albanian people are very grateful to Turkish people for their help and they pray for Turkish benefactors.
Cansuyu teams did some visits after the assistance activities and met Iskodr Mufit, Iskodra Mayor, Faik Hoca who is one of the spiritual leaders of Iskodra. Iskodra Governor and Tirana Ambassador have been informed about the activities of Cansuyu and 3 differnet TV channels and local media have been informed too. The activities of Cansuyu in Iskodra have been published on the official website of Iskodra Mufti.
